We grow a wide variety of vegetables in our gardens and under cover in our 2 High Tunnels.  We are not certified organic but we do follow organic and more importantly sustainable farming practices.  We do not purchase off farm inputs. We believe in building soil health by adding only compost made on the farm with hay, straw, leaves and manure from our cows, sheep and chickens.  This greatly increases soil tilth and water retention capability.  We use drip irrigation on most of our crops as well as row covers to assist in protecting plants from insect preasure.  If we do need to use any products to assist in the control of insects, we only use those that are approved by OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute).

We grow a variety of Tomatoes, Peppers, Squash, Onions, Lettuce, Greens, Spinach, Carrots, Cabbage, Beans, Asparagus, Broccoli, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Kale and more!

Vegetables are available in season in the farm stand.
